Our Founder
Tim Cunha, JD brings over 40 years of experience across business development, management, and transitions. A retired New Jersey Bar attorney with a J.D. from Georgetown University, Tim is also a licensed California real estate broker (DRE#01919755) and a proud member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB).
Throughout his career, Tim has held academic positions, including teaching in a Rutgers University Honors Program, at other public colleges in New Jersey, and as a full-time MBA/BBA professor at a southwestern U.S. university. He currently lectures part-time on the Management faculty of a respected graduate university on the California coast.
Beyond academia, Tim has successfully founded, managed, grown, and sold businesses in diverse industries such as instrument manufacturing, computer software and hardware, marketing, publishing, distribution, R&D, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
